REVIEW: ANNA LYNCH – MY BODY

Following the release of her sunshine infused debut “Wake Up”, Manchester’s rising soul-pop talent Anna Lynch returns with “My Body”, a second single that further cements her claim to be one of the north’s fastest rising stars.

“My Body” offers a darker, more introspective tone through its message of self love and awareness while strings and keys swell throughout creating a deep internal landscape. Lyrically the song fuses elements of Olivia Dean’s poetic honesty with Laura Marling’s charming intimacy, crafting a story told through Lynch’s rich vocals.

After her debut headline show at Band On The Wall and rave reviews in the music press, Lynch carries “My Body” with her into the new year looking to achieve even more success. We’ll be keeping a keen eye Anna’s rise as proud supporters on her rise to the top.
